The Configure My Phone web interface makes it possible to configure your VoIP phone from the Portal. For example, from home, you may want to have all calls to your office phone forwarded to another number. Simply log-in to the MyConcordia portal, select Personal Services from the left-hand side of the screen, then choose Configure My Phone. The following are just a few of the features you can configure to suit your needs: • forwarding calls • setting up speed dials • subscribing to services that allow you to view the Shuttle Bus Schedule and University Holidays from your phone. Please consult Users Guides, Quick Reference Guide for your phone for detailed instructions on the options available for your phone model.
