Standard Conference Calls
Your Cisco IP Phone allows you to join up to six people, including yourself, into one telephone conversation creating a conference call.

Meet-Me Conference Calls

Available June 1, 2009

Unlike a standard conference, Meet-Me conferencing allows participants to join a conference call by dialing a Meet-Me conference number and entering a conference ID and participant pass code.  Calls must be booked 24 hours in advance.  To book, contact the IITS help line by phone at 7613 or by email at help@concordia.ca.  A confirmation email will be sent to with the conference call details.

Operator-Assisted Conference Calls

Operator-assisted conference calls involving more than 6 participants, can be arranged for you by the Concordia Operators.  Operator-Assisted Conference Calls must be booked 24 hours in advance.  To reach the Concordia Operator, dial 0.  Note: there is a fee for this service.
